"Before I started the WOKEN process I felt stuck in my current job without a good idea of how to move forward or even where I wanted to go. I realized that it is okay to want something different out of a job/career than your friends, family, colleagues, etc. I learned how to network! And to incorporate an element of experimentation into my career. Make a hypothesis, try something out, adjust as necessary. I grew my Linkedin network.
