I realized that it is okay to want something different out of a job/career than your friends, family, colleagues, etc. I learned how to network! And to incorporate an element of experimentation into my career. Make a hypothesis, try something out, adjust as necessary. I grew my Linkedin network. I received and accepted a job offer, and I started a new job! I clarified that I want a larger team to work with. I feel more confident now making career changes.
